And I really really can’t pick one over the other. I love them both completely, for some of the same reasons and some different.
They both taught the Doctor about humanity. They were both exactly what he needed. They both were taken away from their dull, small lives and grew as people. But they are very different companions.
Rose made the Doctor better. She gave him something to live for, and something to die for. I fully believe they were in love. But she did sort of look up to the Doctor in a way Donna didn’t. Donna was an equal to the Doctor. She was his best mate. She didn’t take his bullshit but she understood him and what he needed.

This is why, if someone asked me who my favorite female character is I’d say Ronna :D

Oh lordy, do you remember when we first met them? She was horribly rude and he was gawky and shy. And look how amazing they became. Look at the magnificent things they’ve achieved, and how brave they became and how wonderful they are.

About me
Probably most everything on here will be Doctor Who related, because DW is amazing. But I also love Firefly, Sherlock, Castle, music, nature, books, and food. I"m new to this whole tumblr thing so I don't know how long my fascination will last, but so far it's a great way to procrastinate! And full of pictures of David Tennant, so you can't really go wrong with that.
